What Is Competition Boxing?
Amateur Boxing for experienced competing boxers or competition pathway INVITE ONLY
What is Recreational Boxing?
For new starters, beginners and fitness boxers. Adults ages 16+ Fighting Fit, Senior Recreational, Open Gym. Junior Recreational ages 11-15 (secondary) Cadets ages 7-11 (primary)
What is Community Boxing?
Specialist programs, social and beginners sessions. Ladies That Punch, Fightback Club, Box Circuits and more...
Do I have to get punched?
No, many of our classes are non contact. Only Amateur boxers hold medicals for sparring and Competition
What equipment do I need?
Sports clothes, flat soled shoes and water. Hand wraps are recommend, available from the club. Gloves are available to borrow
